ICM Annual Concert is the grand finale of a year of learning and creativity. A platform for the students and teachers to showcase their individual talents, the annual concert is spectacular production of dance and music. This highlight event of the year is highly popular with families and guests.
Festival of Russian Culture
The Festival of Russian Music and Art was organized and held recently by the International Centre for Music as a celebration of the Qatar-Russia Year of Culture, 2018, in collaboration with the Organization of Russian Compatriots of Qatar. The event was held at the premises of Sheikh Faisal Bin Quassin Al Thani (FBQ). Many of our gifted students at the International Centre for Music demonstrated their talents in many areas, such as instrumental, solo and ensemble performances.
Georgetown University
ICM Qatar, in association with Russian Compatriots situated in Qatar performed at a Russian concert held at Georgetown University of Qatar’s (GU-Q) International Ball on 22nd March in order to mark the Qatar-Russia Year of Culture, 2018.
The Russian-speaking choir “Kamerton”, along with international students of ICM led by the centre Principal Olga Protopopova, presented Russian songs and music during the event for GU-Q students. We extend a special thank you to our students and our piano teacher Nina Ivanova for the outstanding portrayal of the talents of our students during the concert.
