Ms. Evgeniya Goncharova, a talented and renowned Qatar-based choreographer, has been a part of International Music Center almost since its inception. She has proven herself to be a proficient mentor, and her students delight us with splendid performances showcased at various concerts and contests each year. It is truly delightful for us that Ms. Evgeniya’s merits have finally achieved well-deserved recognition via newspapers! We at ICM would like to congratulate Ms. Evgeniya for accomplishing this amazing feat.
We also take this moment to congratulate Ms. Evgeniya for achieving huge success in her participation at the Qatar International Art Festival 2018, which was held at Fire Station Artist in Residence from 31st October till 4th November, 2018. The event was organized by MAPS International in collaboration with UNESCO, where 147 participants took part from over 30 countries. The exhibition was visited by His Excellency the Minister of Culture and Sport Salah Bin Ghanim Al Ali where he expressed his gratitude greatly. Ms. Evgeniya was awarded with her trophy and certificates for exhibiting an oil painting named “Authenticity meets Civilization”, and also for showcasing a 4-day long live painting which took place at the Fire Station Artist in Residence.
Apart of the mentioned achievements Ms. Evgeniya in 2019 took part in Art Exhibition named Science and Technology in Doha W Hotel and in Qatar International Art Festival QIAF 2019. She not only participates in different art events and contests but also organizes art workshops. In 2019 she delivered workshop in Qatar Foundation.
We at ICM are proud to have Ms. Evgeniya on board with us, and wish more success befall on her at the future international events to take place in our beloved country, Qatar.
