Armenouhi Simonian, is an Armenian artist who has high qualification in piano teaching and accompaniment as well as symphony and opera orchestras conducting. She has graduated from Komitas State conservatory of Armenia, as Fortepiano teacher and accompanist and as a second specialization she had the degree of master of arts in Symphony and Opera orchestras conducting and PhD degree in conducting in 2006. she has achieved numerous accomplishments , such as conducting in Yerevan-Armenia for several years and Damascus-Syria (2001-2017). Participated in international conductors competition Budapest-Hungary (2007) , has taught piano in the conservatory in Yerevan-Armenia and Sulhi Alwadi musical institute and conservatory of Damascus-Syria . As a piano teacher she had good achievements and high reputation by her students who succeeded in their artistical life, she has created the Armenian choir Akhtamar also the youth chamber orchestra in Damascus-Syrian who had several concerts in many places , as well as she is the one of conductors of Syrian national symphonic orchestra .
